The BM600 is one of our standardized products. At this occasion an unusual double sided blister and card composition had to be sealed by our machine. State-of-the-art technology has been developed by integrating Nordson Hot Melt unit into our standard BM600 Blister Sealer System. Our customer was able to save on card’s cost by using simple, non-coated cards. The extra cost of used hot melt was just a fraction of the cost difference between coated and non-coated cards. This revolutionary technology is available from our company only. The top speed with this AirWick car refresher is 70pcs/min. The system includes two automatic blister feeders, a card feeder, product checking system, outfeed manipulator and a two axes servo driven gluing unit. The machine also equipped with internet based real time monitoring solution developed by our software team.
