‘Durex’ semi-automatic box packaging machine by Hot Melt

One of the requirements was to provide a simple and flexible solution to package many different kind of Durex products on one line. The system automatically opens the flaps of the boxes and closes after the required quantity of hot melt is applied. The speed of the system and the quantity of the hot melt glue are adjustable between the tolerances requested by the customer.
