Automatic assembling and blister sealing production line
Fully automatized production line has been developed to assemble and package washing gel with automatic feeding gadget. The base of the system is an oval FlexLink track with 22 pcs of custom designed pallets, stopped on every station by the control system. The part of system are two high frequency blister welding unit and a 2 axis outfeed manipulator which handles 8 products at one time. The complex control of the system is provided by a 7” Omron PLC-HMI combo which is extended witha DeviceNet scanner module. Multifunctional production data collecting system and complex fault handling are also included.
