BlackBox II
This highly flexible inspection solution is based on Nachi’s MZ07 robot with implemented Keyence vision. The Vision system is based on two different kinds of cameras with different lightings to cover all requirements. The system is able inspect various products, due to robot’s flexibility. Automatic reject station (lifting conveyor) and measurement data collecting and configuration software are also part of the system. The checked products are marked with UV ink.
